CFSS (Community First Services and Supports) is Minnesota’s new self-directed program that is replacing the PCA program. It offers more choice and control — including the ability to hire your own workers and direct your own budget. If you currently receive PCA, we’ll help you transition smoothly to CFSS.
How much does home care cost me?
For most clients, services are covered by Medical Assistance (MA) or a Minnesota waiver — meaning little to no out-of-pocket cost. We verify your coverage and handle all billing.
Can I hire a family member as my caregiver?
Yes. Under CFSS and PCA Choice, you can often hire an eligible friend or family member to be your paid caregiver. We walk you through eligibility and enrollment.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Twin Cities metro — including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Richfield — and are available statewide across Minnesota.
Do your caregivers speak my language?
Very likely — we’re a multilingual team and we provide interpreter services when needed, so every family is fully understood. Culturally-responsive care for people of all backgrounds is core to how we serve.
